This project involves the construction of a new childcare facility in the City of Burnaby, providing space for 34 kids. Energy modelling is required to demonstrate compliance with the NECB 2020 Part 8 Performance Path. HBL provides professional envelope and energy services to ensure compliance with the BC Building Code, helping the client achieve energy efficiency in a cost-effective and streamlined manner.
